2. Fabric Weight: White 172gsm; colours 177gsm.
3. Fit: Euro fit, sleeker fit through the shoulders and sleeves.
4. Construction: Side-seamed.
5. Collar: Contoured welt collar.
6. Label: Tearaway label.
7. Shoulders: Rolled-forward, topstitched shoulders.
8. Placket: Clean-finished placket with reinforced bottom box.
9. Buttons: Two colour-matched pearlised buttons.
10. Hem: Twin-needle bottom hem.

Washing and Care Instructions

1. Wash at 40°C.
2. Tumble dry on medium heat.
3. Use oxygen bleach or non-chlorine bleach only.
4. Do not iron directly over printed areas.
5. Do not dry-clean or remove stains using solvents.

Artwork Requirements

To achieve the best results for your custom printed polo shirts, please follow these artwork specifications.

Printable Areas

• Left chest: 10 × 10 cm
• Back: 31 × 40 cm

Artwork Preparation

• Supply artwork with a transparent background. Any remaining background colours in your design will be printed.
• Prepare artwork at the same size as the printable area, without bleed.
• If your design includes white, ensure it is not set to overprint.
• Position artwork within the artboard according to your selected print position.
• Left-chest prints are positioned approximately 10 cm from the neckline.
• Full-back prints are positioned approximately 1 cm from the neckline.
