Professional LED Fabric Display System

Our SEG Fabric Free-Standing Lightboxes feature a 120mm PVC frame extrusion, designed to provide a lightweight yet effective illuminated display solution.

The integrated edge-lit LED system includes built-in transformers and a 3-metre UK power cable with push-fit connections, making installation straightforward.

The displays can be used as individual free-standing lightboxes or arranged in selected modular configurations to create a larger branded exhibition space.

Premium Double-Sided Fabric Graphics

Each lightbox includes two professionally printed backlit polyester graphics.

The graphics are:

• Printed using full-colour dye-sublimation technology
• Finished with silicone edging for a seamless appearance
• Supplied double-sided as standard
• Folded and delivered in a padded bag
• Designed for straightforward removal and replacement

Standard nylon pull tabs are positioned at the top corner to assist graphic removal. Alternative placements may be available on request.

Easy Assembly, Maintenance & Transportation

Our illuminated fabric display stands are designed for convenient installation without specialist tools.

The umbrella-style clip system enables quick frame assembly, while the push-fit power connections simplify lighting installation.

The included heavy-duty wheeled carry case has protective inserts to help transport and store the display components.

Important Artwork Information

Edge-lit lightboxes perform best with detailed, vibrant and high-impact artwork.

Minimalist designs, large solid-colour areas or simple backgrounds may reveal slight variations in illumination. We recommend considering this when preparing your artwork.

Custom Sizes & Modular Configurations

Our LED fabric lightboxes are available as individual frames and selected pre-set modular configurations.

Artwork Requirements

For best results please use our templates - this will help you create your design at the correct size, shape and proportion for the SEG Fabric Free-Standing Lightboxes, and are setup at 100% scale of full size.

• At the exact size of this template
• With all fonts outlined
• With all images embedded
• With all design elements on the Design layer
• With background/quiet content all the way to the bleed line(s)
• With all important content inside the safe area(s)
• With none of the template guide lines included or flattened
• With no crop marks, bleed marks, colour bars or other registration marks present
• As either PDF (preferred), AI or EPS format
• With exported files checked (e.g. in Adobe Acrobat/Reader) that all design elements are included

Considerations

Please bear in mind that due to potential movement, shrinkage, and expansion during printing, calenderisation, cutting, finishing and fitting, we highly recommend avoiding the use of framed borders and other design elements that follow or rely on distance to the perimeter of the graphic. Doing so would run the risk of a visually uneven edge as we cannot guarantee even borders when cut.

For back-lit graphics only: please be aware that edge-lit lightboxes work best with busy, vibrant designs. Plain and single-colour designs can highlight lighting anomalies.

Currently, the dye-sublimation process does not allow for the use of Pantone colours. Any Pantone colours must either be converted to (or replaced with) CMYK colours before supplying your print-ready file.
